Refund/ Retum Policy

At Joyversal, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Any product that has been used, assembled, washed, or altered.

  • Final sale items, which will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at JoyversalHelp@outlook.com within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost should be based on the express company you choose.

    • If the return is due to our reasons (the goods received are damaged or incorrect), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. We will cover all associated return costs.

  • Please Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at JoyversalHelp@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement, return, or refund as quickly as possible, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
