3. Shipping Costs & Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the total weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order ships (when you receive the shipping confirmation email), not from the date of purchase.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped internationally, please be aware that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the delivering carrier or local authorities upon arrival. Joyversal has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
7. Lost or Stalled Packages
While we ensure packages are handed to our carrier partners with correct details, we cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment. However, we are committed to helping you resolve any issues.
